I miss my mom. I've been reaaaaally craving some pork adobo. Mom tried to show me how to make it one time but I think it was all before I started seriously cooking. Bless her, she tried to show me alot of things, but this bull-headed, stubborn kid didn't want to listen. I would like to get into knitting-but I don't have that kind of patience right now.
